CAD Technician - Bridges

We are looking for an experienced and talented Bridge Technician to join our clients team in Leeds.

Some of the duties will include...
·Co-ordination of CAD in conjunction with Project Managers and Team Leaders
·Take responsibility for the quality of the AutoCAD work produced by technicians
·Production of AutoCAD and REVIT drawings and models to company CAD standards and BIM standards, work will be developed in a digitally intelligent 3D model environment for drawing generation and asset coding
·Production of reinforcement drawing and schedules.
·Help develop better ways of working relating to advances in technology


Experience required...

·Experience of working within the highway structures sector
·Experience of working with the UK Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) and the Manual Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCHW)
·Experience of reinforcement detailing preferred
·Knowledge of BS_1192_2007_A2_2016 Collaborative production of engineering and construction and knowledge of PAS 1192-2:2013
·Knowledge and experience of Highways England IAN184/16 Data & CAD Standard preferred
· Experience working with AutoCAD and REVIT for bridge drawings and models
