A great opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Chartered Civil Engineer to support us with a variety of multidisciplinary projects to ensure best practice designs deliver the standards required.

As an Engineer within Capital you will be working with the Civil-Structural Engineering and design team across Wales. Your role will be to ensure projects are designed and delivered, a key focus for will be to meet our serviceability targets and improve our systems, processes and competencies to achieve a successful outcome at the next price review.

With your understanding of Health and Safety performance on projects, you will provide support and advice to the Operations teams during operational emergencies including taking part in a standby rota for response to reactive work outside core working hours.

You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement best practice from across the water and other sectors of the construction industry.
