Project Manager (Construction and Property Consultancy)

I'm on the lookout for experienced construction Project Managers across London and the surrounding areas - with a focus on healthcare projects. My client is seeking highly motivated individuals to add to their London teams.

Skills & Experience Required for the Project Manager:

Degree qualified - preferably within a construction related discipline
Minimum two years relevant experience
Experience on multimillion-pound projects
Able to work on own initiative and manage personal workload
Experience in preparation and delivery of reports, contract and management procedures and cash flow budgeting and finances
Experience of working in a client focused environment with a commitment to the delivery of excellent client service
Strong communication skills
A strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
