Groundworks Site Manager or Supervisor

Your new company
Working for a local well respected groundwork company who have recently been awarded additional contracts from a key client and are looking to supplement their workforce. Their are looking to employ a freelance Groundwork Site Manager / Supervisor for a 6 month contract to oversee their skilled groundwork's team.

Your new role
The role is to be responsible for the site and all the groundwork's functions including -
* Infrastructure - kerbs & access roads
* Foundations, groundwork and excavations
* Drainage (+ some deep drainage)
* Utilities installation
* Concrete works
* Some hard landscaping

The role will include all day to day supervision; health & safety documentation; calling off materials; liaising with main contractors and Contracts Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum of 5 years similar experience
* SMSTS
* 1st Aid at Work
* CSCS Managers

What you'll get in return
This role is a long term - 6 month - freelance contract. Salary to be based on experience.
