Civil Engineering Coordinator

Civil Engineering Coordinator required for a premium five Star House Builder to be based from their headquarters in Doncaster.

Our client are an established Home Builder with 18 current developments across the Yorkshire and midlands region, they pride themselves on offering exceptional design with every individual unit unique in its build and attention to detail.

They are now looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their growing in house design team.
You will be tasked with managing infrastructure, challenging designs, site inspections, assisting with planning applications and utility enquiries so you really need to have a strong grasp of residential projects.

Ideally you will have previously worked for a developer or in a design role working on residential projects.

Experience of AUTOCAD and knowledge of all approval processes including S104, S38 and S278 are a must.

This is an office based role but you will be required to visit site on occasion to conduct inspections and assist with any potential issues that may arise.
