Hays are working in partnership with Translink to recruit a Programme Manager (Network/ Civil Engineering) to join their team on a permanent basis at their Milewater Service Centre. Your new role

As Programme Manager you will lead and manage sub-sections of the Network Engineering Project Management Team in the development and delivery of a broad range of projects that are identified in the Capital Plan. You will effectively manage sub-sections of the Network Engineering Delivery Team, in addition to manage PRP, sickness and absence within the team. You'll also plan the programme, in conjunction with the Project Assurance Office, and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need a minimum of 3 years' Project Management experience in the successful management and delivery of major projects and programming works in railway based Civil Engineering projects and permanent way projects You will possess a minimum of Construction related Degree or Engineering related Degree and possess or willing to work towards Chartered membership within a Civil Engineering or Construction Industry
