The Client: is an independent cost and property consultancy with offices across the UK and even internationally. This particular position is located in their brand new, state of the art office in East Sussex - including their own private roof top terrace with incredible panoramic views.

Originally founded almost 150 years ago, they are multi-disciplinary with approximately 142 staff. Their turnover in the current financial year will be in excess of £10m. At any one time they have up to £2bn of projects going through the various phases of construction across all sectors - with a particular focus on education (universities) and healthcare at the moment.

Office Size: 16 - 8 Projects Mangers & 8 Quantity Surveyors

Working Hours: 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30-3.00pm Friday

Requirements / Expectations for the Senior / Associate Project Manager:

Project delivery of projects in at least one of the following sectors: Education (University), Education (Secondary), Education (Primary), Residential (Luxury), Residential (Mass Market), Sports & Leisure, Healthcare (Primary Care), Residential, Commercial (mixed-use)
Ideally from Architectural, Engineering or Quantity Surveying background, with real world experience of the mechanisms of project delivery
Likely to have 4-7 years' experience at project management delivery at all RIBA stages of the project life cycle, beyond any previous construction industry experience
Preferably experienced in delivery of CA/EA roles in JCT and NEC forms of contract
