New Zealand Civil Contractor Opportunities
JFC, represented by Alexander James Construct, are heading to the UK and want to meet with individuals (and their families) who are interested in moving to New Zealand and joining their team. This is an opportunity to work for JFC, a leading infrastructure and civil construction company with a strong family culture (that truly exists) and have an exciting future ahead.
This is not only the chance to join a company that has grown and continues to develop within an integrity-filled fast paced culture, but also to enjoy the lifestyle that Kiwis get to enjoy every day where the sun shines a little stronger, dinner could be ‘fush and chips’ on the beach, a hāngi at your kids school, or a barbeque with neighbours and ‘jandals’ are the core footwear when your steel capped boots are done for the day.
JFC is a company that protects their people. They look after one another, respect each other and value everyone for their individuality. JFC is focused on safety and working with communities to minimise the impact of work on projects including high-profile streetscapes, earthworks, drainage, roading and landscaping.
We are interested in meeting with individuals that are:
- Site Managers,
- Project Engineers,
- Project Managers,
- Contract Managers,
- Quantity Surveyors,
- Quality Managers.
If you can demonstrate your focus on design quality, teamwork and dedicated stakeholder management combined with experience in one of the following: urban spaces, footpaths and cycleways, roading development and renewals, largescale landscaping and developments, water, wastewater and stormwater in both greenfield and brownfield developments or civil roading projects then you have the experience we are looking for!
Whether you’re a returning Kiwi or a future Kiwi in the making, we will be in the UK to meet with you in person at the end of September and beginning of October. We will discuss the opportunities, JFC as a company, life in New Zealand and the process of moving (including some of the challenges you may face). We will share with you the good, the bad, and the ugly as we want to make sure we all get it right, and that you are well informed and supported throughout.
