Job Details
Work on some of the UK’s most complex engineering problems with a highly capable engineering practice. This firm has specialist skills that helps them maintain healthy margins and ensure interesting and challenging assignments. They focus on structures, geotechnical and temporary works design, usually relating to buildings. They tend to work for major property developers and projects often include complex foundations, deep basements or retained facades. Much of their work is in London and can frequently involves heritage or listed status buildings. They are looking for an experienced engineer with building structures expertise that ideally includes experience of basements or geotechnical issues. Experience of structural steel and concrete design is essential. Alternatively an engineer who has covered temporary works design could be an ideal fit. You should have a good degree and be chartered or working towards chartered status.
