Are you looking for an opportunity to become the Managing Director of an established multi-disciplinary consultancy in Cardiff?

An opportunity has become available for an individual to join this fantastic consultancy as a Partner. The current owner and Managing Director is looking to transition away from the business in the next 12 months, passing full ownership and control to the incoming individual.

As the new Managing Director you will receive:

* Turnover exceeding £100k the last 3 years running

* Over £50k-£60k of fees in the pipeline

* No loans or overdrafts to take on

* Healthy profit margins and balance sheet

* Long standing clients

* No money needed to be injected in the company

You will join the company as a Partner with an initial package in excess of £60,000, starting a 12-month transaction period in which you will gradually take full ownership of the business.The existing Managing Director will be available through the transaction period to maintain the steadiness of business through this period until the you are ready to take full control at the end of the 12 months.

You will likely be a Director, Associate, or Technical Director and will need to be Chartered. You will be technically sound and highly experienced in working with Building Structures. You will have experience in managing teams before and some exposure to P&L responsibilities.

The practice was established over 60 years ago and has become reputable among its clients across the country. Clients include Local Authorities, Education Authorities, Health Authorities, Welsh Assembly Government and Private Developers.
