My client is one of the major civil and infrastructure contractors in Australasia with an outstanding reputation in the civil and infrastructure sector. They are responsible for many successful major projects throughout the region and with a major tunnelling project due to start in 2020 they are on the lookout for engineers and project managers with tunnelling experience. As an engineer you will have a minimum of three years tunnelling experience, ideally working for a contractor in a hands on capacity.

Candidates looking at more senior roles such as Project Engineer, Section Engineer or Project Manager could have worked in other infrastructure sectors as well but your main focus will have been tunnels. As well as your experience you will have the appropriate industry relevant degree (or similar) as well as on-going tunnelling related qualifications and training. Your experience will predominantly be with a civil contractor and ideally (but not essentially) you will have some experience of working as part of a joint venture or alliance project.
