You will be responsible for ensuring that major high-rise projects are successfully delivered during the design phase on the most complex climbing construction projects. It will be essential that you understand the companies design strategy and that you can offer specialist advice to customers on climbing related products. You will be working for the Special Solutions Team on a National role.

Key duties:

  • Production of accurate and economical drawings, schedules and quotations
  • Safety and well-being of all staff, customers and visitors
  • Collaborate with the other members of the Special Solution Team
  • Provide the National Engineering Manager with technical information, solutions and reports
  • Actively promote the supply of a first class technical service and lead by example
  • Build lasting relationships with key customers
  • Act as the key interface for PERI between the customer and PERI’s technical, sales, operations and transport departments during the design/planning phase of key climbing projects
  • Handle additional requirements by identifying suitable equipment for the required application
  • Assist in managing the project material stock requirements and phasing by using established Project Management tools
  • Help to plan the pre-fabrication of formwork/platforms to suit the customers required on site dates.
  • Promote safe working and the safe use of PERI equipment at all times

What you’ll need

Experience

  • Project Management experience
  • Good experience in all aspects of Formwork, Falsework and scaffolding designs plus detailed knowledge of climbing formwork
  • Mechanical / practical understanding
  • Experience of major high-rise projects

Education – Training

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Health and Safety
  • Internal PERI courses
  • Project Management
