Our client is seeking high calibre candidates for their Senior Structural engineer role in their London office. Candidates will have at least 6 years' experience, primarily on buildings structures projects, with associated infrastructure works experience being an advantage.

Projects include: Schools, Universities, Modular Structures

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience,
  • Chartered within ICE or IStructE or near chartered,
  • Ability and experience in taking responsibility for projects,
  • Confident client-facing and communication skills,
  • Experience on refurbishments projects would be ideal,
  • Report writing skills.

The role will see you working closely with the engineering and CAD teams to produce designs across a range of sectors.

An in-depth knowledge of the building process is vital as the successful structural engineer will work on schemes the construction from concept to completion.

Excellent communication skills are therefore a must, as you will be going out to meet clients, attend site meetings and dealing with other teams.

Your knowledge, motivation and initiative will win you this role. Working knowledge of Tedds, Tekla, AutoCAD and Windes would be beneficial.
