BIM Structural Technician - London

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Structural BIM Technician to join a leadiing International consultancy  in their busy Central London office and take responsibility for BIM / CAD coordination and daily management of project data sets / workflows. 

As a key part of their established team of expert engineers and CAD / Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will prepare detailed information packages from Revit Structures in a BIM environment, implement 3D coordination with the Design Team, and train and mentor more Engineers and Junior Technicians in the use of Revit.

The ideal candidate will be HNC/HND (or equivalent) qualified and have gained strong practical experience of using Revit structures in a similar building-based role, you will possess an excellent understanding of relevant software packages including Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.  Experience of Dynamo and BIM 360 would be beneficial but are not essential.

You will have a good understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and LOD/LOI whilst also having proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines. You will be adept at planning and organising your own workload and that of others within the team, and crucially have a passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.
