Central London - Multi-Disciplined Consultancy
The Role: My client is keen to meet mid-level Project Managers (3-7 years' experience) to work on a variety of projects across commercial, heritage, hotel & leisure, industrial, public, healthcare and residential sectors - new build / fit-out experience advantageous. This is a client-facing role; therefore, it is imperative that the successful candidate can communicate confidently and effectively.
The Client: Founded over 60 years ago, the mid-sized consultancy offers professional services across the Project Management, Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying built environment.
Environment: Every team has a Director involved with each project from inception to completion to offer help and guidance. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere - intentionally avoiding the corporate trademarks.
Six Offices: London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Scotland and Ireland.
Head Count: 140 - 15 Project Manager and a variety of Building / Quantity Surveyors.
Services: Project Management, Cost Management and Building Surveying.
Current Sectors: Commercial, Heritage and Healthcare.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
Ideally Previous Project Involvement in:
oFit-outs OR new builds
oConfident / effective communicator
Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Project Manager:
3-7 years' experience (minimum)
Ideally from Architectural, Engineering or Quantity Surveying background, with real world experience of the mechanisms of project delivery

Salary: competitive based on market, professional experience and qualifications
