Structural Engineer

Our client specialise in delivering progressive engineering solutions to the building development space and they are seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team in Glasgow.

This is a permanent position and is well suited to an individual looking for greater responsibility, access to flagship projects and particularly those looking for more support to Chartership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work under the guidance of a Senior Structural Engineer to deliver design and analysis work on a range of building structures
• Liaise with Structural Technicians and Civil Engineers within the design team to coordinate project delivery
• Communicate with clients, architects, external consultants, local authorities and other third parties
• Where appropriate, offer support to Student or Graduate Engineers in the team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Structural Engineer within building structures
• Comfortable using a range of design and analysis software
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and positive attitude

ON OFFER:

This role will allow you to progress your career and achieve Chartered status within a progressive organisation, offering you a fast track to Senior Engineer and beyond.

Your salary will be £28,000 - £32,000 + annual bonus depending on experience plus a comprehensive benefits package including 7% pension, healthcare, life assurance, flexible working and much more.
