Transport Planner (Development Planning)

A renowned consultancy in Bedford is looking to expand their current team by recruiting a Transport Planner. You will be joining a team who have recently completed a number of Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Industrial, Education and Mixed use projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will ideally have a degree in a relevant subject, together with having at least 2 years' experience within a Transport Planning position. You will be responsible for:

• Contributing towards Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans and other technical notes
• Modelling using ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig and TRANSYT
• Supporting senior team members
• Attending site visits
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
