Birmingham - Building Consultancy

The Role: If you're an Assistant Project Manager looking to join an established independent building consultancy then this is for you! Preferably, the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience, already working towards their APC so they have an understanding of running projects and working with clients. Excellent career progression opportunities available and support to achieve APC and MAPM ahead.

The Client:

Seven Offices: Bristol, Cardiff, London, Hampshire, Scotland, Birmingham and Manchester.

Head Count: 152 partners & employees.

Services: Project Management, Development Management, Cost Consultancy, Contract Administration, Employers Agent, Project Monitoring and Lender Monitoring.

Current Sectors: Office, Industrial, Retail, Education, Leisure, Residential and Mixed-Use.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

Consultancy OR Client-Side (construction) experience

Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Assistant Project Manager:

1-2 years' experience (minimum)
Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying (ideally)
Excellent Excel skills
Personable and confident
