Job Details
The structural engineering team of this high profile global leader has an exemplary track record of sustainable and innovative design, offering a professional and collaborative approach.
Their London office has an excellent opportunity for a client focussed structural engineer able to take a lead role on structural designs for some of the most iconic UK and international schemes.
Your sector experience should include education, healthcare, commercial, retain and critical systems.
Ideally your skills should include experience in verification and checking of specifications, design schemes and calculations as well as the production of project reports.
Requirements:
- A structural or civil engineering degree,
- A minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience within a consultancy environment,
- Proficient in relevant software packages such as AutoCAD and BIM,
- Ability to design in all traditional materials,
- Able to exhibit a passion and flair for creative design.
You will also assist with supervising more junior members of the team, working together to ensure successful project delivery whilst managing client expectation and financial deadlines. A high level of communication skill is vital as well as keen initiative and a technically astute mind.
