Associate Director - Structural Engineering

Conrad Consulting is now supporting a boutique Civil & Structural firm as they look to appoint an Associate Director as part of their ambitious expansion plans.

Our client is based in Glasgow within easy reach of public transport linked but you will also be offered a parking space for this senior appointment.

Although small, our client has a history of delivering medium-large scale building developments and certainly "punch above their weight".

They have recently undergone a facelift ahead of heavy investment in their infrastructure which positions them well for growth.

This role is best suited to a Chartered Structural Engineer with a varied portfolio of buildings who isn't afraid to work at the coalface of design and delivery while managing commercial operations too.

This opportunity comes with the opportunity to obtain equity with 6 -12 months which provides a lucrative remuneration option.

On offer:

£55,000 - £65,000

Package includes bonus and equity milestones.
