CAD Manager (Structural)

My client is looking for an ambitious CAD Manager to join their practice in South East London. Offering a full range of services to the built environment including engineering and consultancy, they have been established for a number of years and can offer genuine career progression in a supportive, successful environment.

You will enjoy working on varied projects nationwide, ranging from refurbishment, commercial, leisure and domestic. Experience in detailed drawings and calculations for all forms of construction and civil engineering is essential.

Requirements of the CAD Manager:

• Proficient in AutoCAD with extensive 2D experience,
• Experience in the preparation of detail drawings, in particular: Structural steelwork and reinforced concrete,
• Ability to work on their own initiative,
• Ability to grow the team and mentor other technicians,
• Ability to motivate a team with strong leadership skills,
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
