Structural Engineer

Our client, a rapidly expanding structural engineering consultancy, has recently opened a new office in Central London and they currently have a vacancy for a driven and ambitious Structural Engineer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

This is unique because you will be working with two big hitting engineers who have joined this consultancy to start up and establish this new office. These are exciting times for this company and you could be involved at the very beginning and be part of planning and securing its future success.

Projects: Residential, Educational, Commercial, Retail, Residential Development and more.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering,
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Structural Design Engineer,
• A confident designer who is able to work autonomously,
• An excellent understanding of building structures,
• Experience in the production of structural designs, calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop the business by introducing new clients and expanding the workload,
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of British Standards, Eurocodes, Building Regulations and Health and Safety,
• Competent in using structural design and analysis software and knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.
