Technical Associate (Civils)

A renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London is now looking for their next strategic hire - at Associate level!

This multi-disciplinary consultancy has a unique opportunity within their civils team for a Technical Associate. You will be expected to help support the highly successful team of engineers on a number of projects.

They are looking for individuals with excellent experience within a design consultancy, and an expert in technical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of the team,
• Monitoring team development, recruitment and appraisals,
• Directing and supervising design team,
• Carry out structural design and analysis calculations,
• Identify any issues with projects and develop solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years' experience,
• A Chartered engineer,
• A creative individual who is able to convey ideas externally,
• Strong project management skills,
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills,
• Strong design skills,
• Able to work well within a team in a multidisciplinary environment.
