Project Manager / Employers Agent - Multi Disciplinary Consultancy

Our client carries out a variety of services including project management, cost consulting, design management, development management & health and safety professional services. They are currently looking to appoint a Project Manager/Employers Agent to join the project management team.

This multi-disciplined consultancy operates from their offices which are a less than a 5-minute walk from Victoria station. They currently have 3 offices in the UK with just under 200 employees all dedicated to ensuring they offer a flawless service.

As a Project Manager/Employers Agent you will be reporting into the Delivery Director and be based from the office with regular site visits. The types of sectors you will be working in include residential (public sector), mixed use developments, regeneration & local authority.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years post qualified experience On site experience liaising with clients, contractors, developers etcExperience managing projects in the following sectorsResidentialRegenerationLocal authority Mixed use Excellent written and verbal English Benefits Package:

£50,000 - £55,000 base salary 28 days holiday + 1 day for your birthday + 3/4 days at Christmas Pension schemePrivate medical insurance Bonus incentive & promotion opportunities Childcare voucher scheme
