A mid level/experienced graduate structural engineer is sought to join this small structural design consultancy based in South West London. The firm pride themselves on the production of cost effective, buildable and innovative structural solutions. They work on a wide range of projects in the buildings structures sector ranging from temporary works, new builds and refurbishments. Their projects are often quite large, for example they are currently working on a new build 3 storey hotel in Central London with basement.

Many of their clients are contractors and you must have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise effectively, design and attend site and meetings. You must be conscious of the need to provide cost effective solutions and be able to design in all the main materials. This role would suit someone with a few years design experience looking to make their mark within a smaller, reputable firm. This firm don't advertise for projects as they are always so busy with work based on their reputation alone.
