A multi-disciplinary design consultancy is looking for Principal Civil/Infrastructure Design Engineer to join their growing team in Croydon.
The company currently have 3 people in the civils design team and work closely with the structural design team. There is also shared work with the company's sister company and office in Dubai. You will be working on small roads and drainage design projects for data centres in various UK locations.
You must be proficient with Microdrainage and AutoCAD. You must also have several years experience in drainage design for buildings, although this does not necessarily need to be for data centres, although would be advantageous. Experience in using Civil 3D would also be a benefit.
You should have experience in running your own projects and managing other members of staff. You should also be Chartered or nearing Chartership with the ICE.
The company are really busy with work at the moment and have not seen a decline, despite the lockdown over the last few months. Furthermore, the date centre market is lucrative, meaning the company will pay above market salaries for the right staff.
