NICHE CENTRAL LONDON CONSULTANCY: Technical Director

Niche Central London consultancy requires a Technical Director Structural Engineer to join the ambitious expanding London studio to aid its growth and development.

Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE and must have good structural engineering design, project and team-running experience gained working for another London niche or premier consultancy. They should be design-focused with an affinity with good architecture and be looking to drive their career forward with a young brand. Furthermore, they should be highly-technical with good strategic skills and be capable of expanding their knowledge as the business grows. Individuals will probably be working at Senior Associate of Associate-Director-level within their current practice and be looking for advancement.

Current workload is a mixture of both new-build and refurbishment projects across London and the South East with project values up to £35million. Many of the consultancies previous projects have been award-winning and they continue to work on challenging projects with some of the best younger architectural practices.
