Senior Civil Engineer

£44 - £48k per annum plus benefits

Our client is a design-focused Civil & Structural engineering firm with several offices across the South of England and an impressive portfolio of projects. They currently have a vacancy for a Senior Civil Engineer to join the skilled team in their Oxford office on a full-time permanent basis, to work on a range of infrastructure projects ranging in value up to £40M.

Projects: Retail, Industrial, Residential, Heritage, Commercial, Educational and more.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering,
  • Chartered or near chartered (CEng),
  • A minimum of 5 years' post-graduation experience,
  • Proficient in use of AutoCAD, Micro Drainage, Civil 3D & SuDS,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Varied design experience,
  • Experience in client liaison and development,
  • Ability to prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage strategies.

The ideal candidate will also have highways and road design experience and will be willing and able to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
