A private practice is offering an interesting and bespoke opportunity to join a dynamic and established practice of Building Surveyors. You will be exposed to a variety of projects across the Kent regions.
Graduate Building Surveyor responsibilities:
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will carry out the full spectrum of traditional building services including defect reports, schedules of dilapidations and party wall awards on behalf of a diverse client portfolio who operate across sectors, including;
- Commercial
- Residential
- Education
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be joining a team of passionate, like-minded surveyors and receive a case study upon successful completion of your probation, and structured APC support from one of the RICS's most well-regarded assessors.
