If your ambition is to become chartered as a Civil Engineer, the company can offer a structured training scheme in order to support this.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will ideally possess knowledge of AutoCAD, Microdrainage (WinDes) and ideally Civil 3D as well as a broad understanding of Civil Engineering principles, including flood risk, highways design and adoption procedures for sewers and roads where appropriate. Candidates with no experience but a desire to work in these areas will be considered.

Requirements of the Graduate Civil Engineer:

• An MEng in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline,
• Ambition to become chartered within ICE,
• A fundamental understanding of Civil Engineering from a design perspective,
• Excellent communication skills.
