Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor required for Regional Transport Team

Your new role
Your new role will take on a position of responsibility across Technical Excellence, Business Development, Financial Operations and overall management for the Regional Transport team. You will oversee income and costs for the Quantity Surveying Team, you will act as the main QS focused market-facing individual for the business across the South West & Wales Transport market, be a focal point and leadership figure for the QS team and more.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have highway-orientated Public Sector experience, partnered with the ability to manage and deliver a QS consultancy service. You will need strong experience in both pre and post contract cost management services, alongside a quality service to reduce costs, increase performance and improve client feedback metrics with the aim to secure repeat business. You will be confident in playing a large part in the business development plan and work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities of cross-sell complementary QS services, Contract Management and PM services. You will also hold a relevant construction qualification and be a professional member of a recognised professional institution i.e RICS.
