Your new role
You will be responsible for the management of records, data, future planning and control, network management, asset management and identification of need for network improvement. Management of both Highways and Structures inventory databases and for implementing Company and local policies, with priority given to Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental issues. Effectively engage and manage sub contract resources to deliver specialist and other inspections within required timescales. Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of reports submitted by sub-contractors before submission to the client.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to Degree level in engineering or equivalent with experience in Highway Maintenance. Must be familiar with the interpretation of results from technical surveys, as well as the performance of materials and various techniques in road construction and maintenance. Have thorough knowledge and understanding of TRMM, RMMS. Competent in the use of MS Office, and especially proficient in use of Excel. Commercial Awareness in relation to M40 DBFO Operation and Maintenance Contract. You will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities as well as being an excellent communicator.
