Senior Façade Consultant

£45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits

Our client is looking for a Senior Façade Consultant to join their office based in Surrey.

The lucky candidate will need strong technical skills in façade engineering as well as exceptional written and verbal communication. They must have good people skills, this is important as our client is well known for its professional relationships with their own clients, as well as staff and others involved in projects.

They must have up-to-date knowledge on façade materials and products, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in façade design.

Minimum accreditation needed:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or architecture
• Professional membership of either the Institution of Structural Engineers, Institution of Civil Engineers, Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers or RIBA

If you are successful and pass the probationary period, you have the potential to be appointed as a business leader, responsible for the Façade Design Group within the company.
