Your new role
Your new role as a Senior Civil Engineer will be within a team that delivers creative solutions for civil engineering infrastructure projects for industry, government and commercial sectors. You will be undertaking the design and project management on various civil infrastructure related projects and assisting in the Company's business development. You will eventually be responsible for sourcing opportunities and preparing fee proposals for submission to client, including resources and programmes. You will work closely within a team of engineers and technicians designing building infrastructure schemes, performing analyses and calculations as appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Chartered Senior Civil Engineer with several years' experience of drainage design, flood risk assessment and highway design. You will be conversant with section 104, 278, 38 works and will have experience of MicroDrainage design software, AutoCAD and 3D modelling, ideally Civil 3D. You will be able to carry out plot engineering on housing projects but also wider civil engineering drainage for more major schemes. You will be able to confidently liaise with clients and other disciplines, and have the aim of supporting the business in the growth and management of the civil engineering team.
