Associate Director - Highways & Drainage Team

Your new company
Your new company have been a market leading Highways & Traffic engineering specialists for over 25 years. They are a Bristol based consultancy who have built valuable client relationships to provide technical advice, support & solutions for development related transport issues and feasibility studies through detailed highways and drainage design solutions.
Your new role
Your new role will be as an Associate / Director to lead the thriving highways & drainage team based in North Bristol. You will play a fundamental role in the management and growth of a well established design team, consisting of both engineers and technicians. You will have the ability to work on the south west's leading developments and gain exposure to tackle complex designs and feasibility schemes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a sound technical knowledge of highways and drainage design, include the experience using Civils 3D & Microdrainage. You will be chartered, or aiming to become chartered with experience in the preparation of budget cost estimates. You will be comfortable with the management of a small, close knit team, alongside prepared to take on a strong order book to continue with the consistent growth of the business. You will also need to be confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships on behalf of the business.
