Principal Geotechnical Engineer

A consultancy which has remained resilient and has grown despite the current climate due to their sustained high workload and enviable reputation within the engineering sector are looking to recruit a Principal Geotechnical Engineer. Their clients are varied, with an emphasis on large scale infrascture projects both locally and overseas. Their London/South East geotechnical team comprises of over 15 design engineers, who work very closely with other departments throughout the company on projects both on a local and global scale.

Experience:

Chartered Engineer (ICE)

Highly experienced with geotechnical design and finite element modelling

Experience and knowledge using Plaxis software

Experience working on large scale projects, preferably including road and rail projects

Experience mentoring and managing junior geotechnical engineers
