Project Manager - Leading NI employer based in Dungannon
Your new company
As the new Project Manager you will join one of Northern Irelands leading and most recognisable Engineering firms - working from their Dungannon facility. This client are a multi-site manufacturer and global exporter and one of the most highly regarded employers in the country.
Your new role
In your new role as Project Manager you will be key in managing relations between departments and operations to ensure all non-standard product orders are delivered within budget and timeframe. In this role you will work closely with sales, engineering, external supplier, order processing, production and logistics and ensure all are working towards a common goal. You will develop project plans, create SOPs and conduct strategy meetings with various personnel. In this role you will be in frequent and direct contact with the customer to update them and fully grasp their expectations and requirements. You will help drive quality improvements and support production and engineering in certain areas.
What you'll need to succeed
To prove a success in securing this role you should be coming with a Degree in Engineering or related field. Previous experience working in a project engineers / managers role is key - ideally with heavy engineering and plant equipment. You should have strong customer relationship management skills with strong knowledge or ERP systems. Excellent communication skills are an absolute must.
