Structural CAD Technician

We are working with a multi-disciplinary engineering firm who benefit from an excellent reputation, currently ensuring ongoing project wins.

They are seeking an experienced Structural CAD Technician on a permanent, full time basis, to continue delivering excellence for every project they work on.

Initially you will be required to work from home with interviews conducted by Microsoft teams however, once employees return to their offices in Norwich you will be able to join this close knit team there in what is a friendly and supportive working environment.

Requirements of the CAD Technician:

• Proficient in AutoCAD,
• Experience in the use of Revit would be ideal but is not essential,
• Experience in the preparation of detail drawings, in particular: Structural steelwork and reinforced concrete,
• A minimum of 5 years' experience,
• Ability to work on your own initiative,
• Experience working on a variety of buildings structures schemes, across all sectors.

Ultimately our client is looking for a conscientious draftsman, who focuses on attention to detail and delivery of work within deadlines.
