Geo-Environmental Engineer working for a well known engineering consultancy in Manchester


Your new company
Your new company is leading multi-disciplinary international engineering consultancy with offices across the UK and the world. Due to expansion plans and the project pipeline in Manchester they are now looking to expand their geo-environmental team in Manchester. This team forms a core part the business and operates on development projects across a number of ares including healthcare, education, energy and infrastructure.

Your new role
In your new role you will form part of a national geo technical team delivering a range of services to clients in both the public and private sector. You will be heavily involved with project managing a range of geo -environmental site investigations, ensuring that they are completed on time and on budget. You will also be tasked with creating a number of environmental and ground investigation reports.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-4 years experience working in a similar role, working on site investigations for contaminated land projects. You need to have experience report writing, as well as strong healthy and safety knowledge. You must also have experience running large scale projects and have suitable degree related to the environmental or geo-technical fields
