Job Details
Our client is a highly successful, design led structural and civil engineering firm who pride themselves on offering a comprehensive and skilled engineering service to their clients. They currently have a requirement for a Structural CAD Technician to join their growing structures team.
The firm deliveries reliable and efficient structural engineering solutions across a broad sector base and they are seeking a confident and ambitious person with between 0 - 2 years' of experience working on building structures projects.
Initially you will be required to work from home with interviews conducted by Microsoft teams however, once employees return to their offices in Bury St Edmunds you will be able to join this busy team there in what is a friendly and supportive working environment.
Requirements:
- Ideally educated to A level standard,
- A keen interest in structures & specifically building design,
- 0 - 2 years' experience in AutoCAD on building structures projects,
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Excellent attention to detail.
