A Continuous Improvement Manager role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Cheshire


Your new company
You will be working for a reputable engineering organisation, who are part of a larger group, based in Cheshire. Your new company manufacture products predominantly within the automotive sector, but cater to others, producing quality components in a fast-paced environment.

Your new role
In your new role as Continuous/Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement and process improvement projects across the business. You will manage cross-functional teams across the region, in order to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to have had previous experience within a management capacity, having led CI or process improvement engineering teams. Your working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, process mapping and value stream mapping will allow you to excel in this role.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of around £45,000 dependant on your experience, and the opportunity to work in an engaging manufacturing facility with a stable organisation.
