Associate Structural Engineer

Conrad Consulting is pleased to be supporting an established a trusted brand in their efforts to appoint an Associate to their team, who will be joining a business that has an ambitious expansion plan over the coming years.

This opportunity will offer quick progression to directorship and the immediate incentive of share options which creates a truly unique and lucrative option for an existing Senior Engineer or Associate to achieve rapid career progression which is incredibly hard to find in today's market.

The role is best suited to a Structural Engineer with a strong track record within the building structures market, is ideally Chartered, but most importantly has the hunger and drive to advance your career and take on a leadership role with the join responsibility for shaping the planned expansion alongside the current MD.

Ideally you will have had exposure to a range of building structures, including a mixture of common construction materials.

Some exposure to commercial and operational duties would be preferable which could include fee proposals, business management & strategy along with resource planning.

On offer:

£40,000 - £55,000 depending on your specific experience, 5% pension, flexible working options including WFH and a share option scheme with the details of this to be discussed upon application.
