Your new company
Your new company is a well known civil & structural consultancy based in Manchester, who are building themselves a great reputation for good work in the North West. They are a growing consultancy with a number of plans to strengthen and grow areas of their team as they move forward through the year. In terms of projects the structural team tends to get involved with a number of high profile and varied building structure projects, typically working on residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working within a team of experienced chartered structural engineers, delivering a range of design work across the UK. You will be working on a number of prestigious and large scale building structures projects across the North West and wider UK. You will be supporting engineers with a range of structural designs and calculations, using software such as Tekla and AutoCAD. The team is a big one, so you will be given lots of support and a progression plan from day one.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to come from a good structural engineering background, having spent a good 5-6 years working on building structures projects. Ideally you will be chartered or working towards chartered status with a passion for structural engineering. You must have experience on UK based projects.
