Your new role
As their new Utilities Coordinator, you will procure, co-ordinate and monitor the performance of utility companies, ensuring that the region's targets are achieved in the servicing of new residential developments.
What you'll need to succeed
It is highly desirable that you have a technician/engineering qualification, but this is not vital; GCSE/A-Level educated candidates will be considered too. At least 12 months' worth of experience working within the residential or similar specialism is required, as is a good proven ability to work with utility companies. Additionally, a strong working knowledge of CAD, and an understanding of CDM Regulations, would be advantageous.
