Senior Structural Engineer

My client is a small but long established consultancy based in Surrey whose workload is expanding due to continuing successful project delivery and an excellent reputation.

As a result of this success they are looking to recruit a Senior Structural Engineer to join their experienced structures team. The ideal candidate will be required to manage several projects at any one time and excellent organisation and time management will therefore be essential for this role. They will also be happy to work in a small office and to work in all aspects of a job from start to finish.

The company boasts a wide and complex project portfolio, which you will be tasked with delivering as part of a talented design team.

Projects: new build, alterations, renovations and historic etc.

Requirements:

• Must be degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering,
• Ideally a Chartered Engineer (MICE / MIStructE) or near Chartered engineer,
• Client facing experience,
• Able to train, direct & mentor junior Engineers & Technicians,
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
