Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern for a well established manufacturer in Blackburn.

Your new company
They are a well know company working in an FMCG environment working to high quality standards in order to meet customer expectations and they operate in a growing market as a market leader.

Your new role
You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, consisting of 2 days and 2 nights then 4 days off. The role will include machine maintenance, implementing PPM schedules and the usual reactive maintenance when needed. You will be working with HMI units and PLC's as well on site. You will be fault finding across all things electrical and will strive towards the increased efficiency of their operations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need relevant qualifications in an electrical engineering capacity and experience working within an FMCG environment previously. PLC programming would be an advantage but exposure to PLC's is very beneficial. You will need fault finding and diagnostic skills and also be willing to work the 4 on 4 off shifts.

What you'll get in return
You will receive up to £39k salary and will be enrolled into the company pension scheme. You will receive 32 days annual leave and this is including bank holidays. You will also get free parking on site and a few other company benefits after probation.
