Senior Civil / Structural Engineer - Bristol

Your new company
Your new company are a established Civil & Structural Engineering team in Bradford on Avon has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our team to support engineering projects. The successful candidate will hold or be working towards Chartered Structural or Civil Engineer status (IStructE or ICE) and be required to project manage Civil and Structural engineering projects from feasibility through the design, tender and construction phases to final handover.

Your new role
In this role you will be working on engineering designs (reinforced concrete, steel, earthworks, drainage and external works design), programme management, engineering contracts (ICE7th, NEC3, FIDIC), together with experience of the tender process and management of construction projects. You will be working across sectors including power (wind farms, sub-stations), infrastructure (waste facilities, general developments) and built environmental (residential etc).

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will be able to demonstrable consultancy/commercial experience post-graduation including project/budget management, and team supervision. You will have working engineering design knowledge reinforced concrete, steel, earthworks, drainage and external works design), programme management, engineering contracts (ICE7th, NEC3, FIDIC); alongside a general understanding of civil engineering principles.
