Project Manager / Site Manager

This is an opportunity for an experienced building site manager or project manager to work for a major client organisation during a period of expansion and improvement. You will be delivering a range of multi-discipline building projects, taking responsibility for the preparation of project documentation through to the successful completion of buildings including associated mechanical and electrical services. This client side position has a focus on overseeing the appointed contractor and ensuring compliance to standards, construction programmes and budge, through to successful handover.

A background in building construction or building services is preferred. This should include a record of delivering multidisciplinary works in a project management or site management capacity and an understanding of CDM regulations. The requirement to work with a range of stakeholders including contractors, consultants and in-house construction team means good communication skills are essential. You should have a track record of successfully delivering projects to the required quality standards, schedules and within budgets. Your academic background should include a construction or engineering degree.
