Project Architect

Experienced Part III architect with 5 years post qualification


A design-led award-winning West London practice and are looking for a project architect to
assist us with an exciting and growing workload of residential and commercial projects.

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, well organised and capable of running projects
up to £5M with good technical knowledge in the residential sector.

Vectorworks experience is key for this position.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead projects with minimal supervision
- Manage workload across several projects
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Converse directly with client, consultants, contractor and specialists
- Administer contracts, attending site to monitor site progress
- Monitor and maintain output of team to align with project programme
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff in office
- Provide input into the running of the office
- Manage the production of NBS specifications
