Your new company is a large multidisciplinary consultancy that delivers highway services across the UK, being at the forefront of highways engineering in many schemes across the country. They have earned a trusted reputation as both an employer and as a company that delivers high-quality projects.
The role is based in Preston, however, you will not be required to be at the office all the time.
Your new role
Your new role will see you managing the day-to-day running of multiple highways projects across the North West. You will managing the financial needs and inputs of the teams you manage while ensuring they hit their milestones at each point. You will be offering your expertise in project management to ensure that projects run smoothly and that they stick to their allotted budget.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have NEC3 & NEC4 qualifications and have a good record of successful projects to your name. Although this role will be working alongside the Highways Team, working on major highways design and delivery, it is more crucial that you can demonstrate effective budget management and have a keen eye for keeping track of milestones.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a secure 3-6 month contract (with possibility of extension) working for a trusted employer receiving a competitive hourly rate paid weekly. This role is predominantly WFH involving ad hoc site and team visits.
